Pricing

Facility Charges as well as Catering Package Contracts are handled by Command Performance. You can discuss booking details with our Eden Gardens representative.


Facility Charges

2025 Site Fee Only:

2025 Pricing-$7,000 for use of ceremony and reception area

The minimum guest count for a Friday is 100 guests, site fee $7,000, plus an additional $25.00 per person (100 guests x $25=$2,500 + $7,000 venue fee=$9,500 site fee)

The minimum guest count for a Saturday is 125 guests, the site fee is $7,000, plus an additional  $35.00 per person

The minimum guest count for a Sunday is 75 guests, site fee $7,000, plus an additional  $25.00 per person

Also required in 2025:

Special Event Liability Insurance – Approximately $200.00 or less

Security (Sandman Security exclusive vendor) $50.00 an hour per guard. Total amount pending guest count & event hours.

Velvet Alley Events Wedding Coordination $2,250 (package attached below) or buyout of services for $1,000 and then becomes venue site rep.

2026 Pricing– $7,600 for use of ceremony and reception area

The minimum guest count for a Friday is 100 guests, site fee $7,600 plus an additional $27.00 per person (100 guests x $27.00=$2,700+$7,600 venue fee=$10,300 site fee).

The minimum guest count for a Saturday is 125 guests, the site fee is $7,600 plus an additional  $38.00 per person

The minimum guest count for a Sunday is 75 guests, site fee $7,000 plus an additional  $27.00 per person

Also required in 2026:

Duration of Events

Events are 5.5 hours of rental time.

Overtime is available for $1,000 per hour.

Events end at 11:00pm, but can be extended to 11:30pm for a $500 overtime fee.
